Chantal provides scheduling, project coordination and Public Relations for NPI. She is skilled at juggling multiple projects with ease and a sense of humor. Chantal has worked for many years in Customer Service management and has a BA in Literature.
Echo DiSpirito
Echo provides accounting and human resource services at NPI. With a varied work back ground she brings a new perceptive and enthusiasm to her duties. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Trinity College of Vermont.
Nick Hinge
Nick is Senior Account Manager at NPI. A graduate of Middlebury College, he has a B.A. in International Politics and Economics with a focus on Russian Studies. Nick has worked for Lightship Telecom and for Caleidoscope Communications. After six years in the industry, where he excelled as a Senior Account Executive, Nick brought his experience to NPI. Nick's enthusiasm and energy truly revs up the Sales Team. Nick recently received his Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification.
Helena Nicolay
Helena works in sales at NPI and handles the renewal of clients’ contracts and clients’ product support subscriptions. She recently received her Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification. She previously worked as Executive Secretary for BioTek in Winooski, Vermont. Helena attended St. Michael's College and Georgetown University. She speaks Spanish, Swedish, German, French and some Russian. Helena is a Licensed Wildlife Rehabilitator and lives in Burlington with her husband Bill and an assortment of pets.
Curtis Reuschel
Curt joins NPI as Director of Business Development. Curt has a degree in Business Management from Roger Williams College. He recently returned to his native Vermont after 7 years as Director of Sales at Thomson Financial, a Wall Street technology firm. Curt also has a background in healthcare, driving business in Practice Management and EMR solutions throughout New England.
