Matthew Beckert
Matt Beckert is a recent graduate of Champlain College with a B.S. Degree in Computer Networking. Matt is NPI's Canopy Triage Technician, dedicated to responding immediately to NPI's Canopy clients. Matt and his wife, Holly, reside in Burlington's Southend with their cat, Gato.
Neil Charland
Neil is the newest member of the NPI Canopy Team. He has a degree in Computer Science from Clarkson University. He is a native New Yorker who comes to NPI with more than three years experience as a network administrator for a large non-profit health services company in northern NY. Neil has recently moved to Essex Junction where he enjoys all that Vermont has to offer.
William Holden
Bill specializes in WANs, routers and firewalls. Bill has a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University. Prior to joining NPI, he worked as a senior network engineer and manager for an ISP. Bill is a Cisco Certified Network Associate, Cisco Certified Design Associate, Juniper (Netscreen) Security SE, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a Certified Network Engineer. Bill, his wife Lisa, and their two daughters, Katherine and Kristin reside in Fairfax.
David Irwin
David Irwin comes to NPI with experience in the medical software field. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Elmira College, NY and is a member of NPI's Canopy Triage Team and a field technician. A native Vermonter, David enjoys all the lake and countryside has to offer, and Ultimate Frisbee to boot.
Roy Minton
Roy Minton comes to NPI from Savannah Georgia bringing 7 years of small business support experience. Roy began working professionally in the technology field at the age of 17 providing support for an architecture firm in Savannah. He has worked as both an in-house technician and a field technician providing support for over 100 small and medium sized businesses. At NPI he provides a wide range of on-site and remote support for Microsoft products. Roy, and his wife Hannah, reside in Middlebury.
Jerry Titus
Jerry is a native Vermonter having lived and worked in Massachusetts for 17 years before returning home. Most recently, Jerry offered small business support to the area through his own company. He brings to NPI over 23 years experience in the computer field. At NPI he provides a broad range of on-site and remote support of Microsoft products and ShoreTel phone systems. Jerry is a certified ShoreTel installer, a Microsoft Certified Engineer in Windows NT as well as being certified by Microsoft in Designing, Deploying and Managing a Network Solution for the Small and Medium-sized Business.
Dave Towle-Hilt
Dave Towle-Hilt is the lead Microsoft technician at NPI with a focus on Microsoft server platforms. As a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Exchange 2007 Dave also assists in planning and implementing Microsoft’s newest messaging platform. Dave also supports our anti-spam solution, SpamRejector. (MCP, MCTS Exchange 2007, RSA Certified System Engineer).
